DELIVERY INFORMATION

All items that are in stock will be processed the same working day (if ordered before 12pm) and sent using the service selected during the checkout process. We may at our descretion upgrade the service selected to best faciliate the delivery of the goods. Delivery times stated are a guideline only, CNS Power Tools Ltd will not be liable for any delays in shipping. Shipping prices are calculated based upon weight of your item(s) and the delivery address. Areas highlighted in the "DA Zone" on the map can qualify for free economy delivery, if the value of the order exceeds £99 (excluding VAT and shipping costs).

Please note: Please ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering, address errors will be returned to our warehouse, and you may be charged additional delivery fees and/or a restocking fee. Our couriers may only attempt to deliver your parcel on 2 occassions, if the delivery fails, you may be charged additional delivery fees and/or a restocking free.

Damaged parcels and/or missing items must be reported to us as soon as possbile via email or phone. When a damage parcel is notified, we may need to speak with the delivery company to confirm details with them, this can slow the process down, but the sooner we are notified the quicker we can resolve these issues.

Where an item(s) is not in stock CNS Powertools will endeavour to contact the customer either via email or telephone to inform them of the expected delivery date of their item(s).

"Click & Collect" is available for selected "SA" postcodes. If you wish to collect from store, we advise phoning before travelling to ensure the item required is in stock.

Please note that order cut off is at 14:00 Mon - Fri. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day

RETURNS INFORMATION

Should you need or wish to return (part of) your order, you will have 30 days from the day of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Please contact us as soon as possible to request a returns form. At the point of requesting a returns form please can you provide photos of packaging (including the label) and the contents showing any damage that may have sustained. This will assist us with any inspections or investigations that may need to be carried out as part of the returns process. The returns form should be included with your shipment so we know who it came from when it arrives here. Please ensure any items to be returned are in their original condition, all returns are subject to inspection by the returns department prior to any refunds or exchanges.

Please be aware we are unable to accept return of products which are not in original, undamaged packaging or have been used.

Change of mind returns (ordered the wrong item/wrong size etc.) will not have the original shipping cost refunded. Change of mind returned goods will be refunded in full when they pass inspection and must be unused and in the original, undamaged product packaging. If the product has been used, has parts missng, or if the product packaging is damaged to the extent that it can't be replaced and sold as new, then this will be reflected in the refunded amount.

Returned spare parts will be subject to a 10% restocking fee
